Just when we think we have seen our favorite work from Hopeless Lingerie, designer Gabrielle Adamidis pulls out all the stops and presents us with another stunner. These images are from the Fall 2011 collection Revenge, which was beautifully photographed once again by Jo Duck and modeled by Lulu Wagstaffe. These images are not what we typically think of when we think "budding lingerie designer"...this flawless presentation looks like it should be in the pages of Vogue!
The new Revenge pieces are made from bamboo jersey and select items have silk detailing. The styling is impressive and on-trend with its cut-out styles, high-waist panties and bold lines. According to the brand's designer,
The 'REVENGE' collection...is inspired by the harsh design aesthetic of the 1980s, constructing hard lines and bold shapes into modern wearable pieces. Taking visual cues from Revenge of the Nerds, Less than Zero and Debbie Harry's character in Videodrome, the range carries both dark undertones and an austere femininity.As always, the lingerie is made-to-order and can be purchased here.
