Dita von Teese - Party Edition

For the first time in a long time we are coveting lingerie from Wonderbra, all thanks to the glamorous Dita von Teese! Seriously, we haven't owned a Wonderbra since high-school...and that was about 10 years ago (more or less!).
The latest collection is called Party Edition, which just launched on October 5, 2009. Naturally, any lingerie with that name is going to be sparkling, sexy and perfect for a night of celebrating! What a cute theme for a lingerie collection.
These very moderately-priced pieces are finally available in the US, but apparently only through one online store. Visit Dita's domain for details.
And just a teaser...when we re-open our boutique, we have a collection of goodies handmade for us exclusively by Dita von Teese's costume designer...we can't wait to share!!

Dita, Lingerie...Need We Say More?

Here's yet another beautiful photo spread with Dita von Teese, as shot by Mariano Vivanco for Express Styles France. It looks like she's modeling lingerie from her exclusive line with Wonderbra in almost every picture, though it's hard to know for sure (the credits are too small to read!). In any event, we think she does an amazing job layering the beautiful bras with her outerwear. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all dress like this!

Wonderbra 'Dita' Campaign

When Katie from Knickers blog told us about the sneak peak of the new 'Dita von Teese X Wonderbra' ad campaign, we just couldn't resist passing along the news to you!
The new collection, available September 23rd, includes 3 styles: Multi-Teese, Spot-Teese and Satin-Teese (okay, we get it!).
Of course we will not be representing this line at Faire Frou Frou (since you can pretty much buy Wonderbra at any major department store), but we are loving the photography for these ads, and the designs are adorable. Plus, it is our understanding that this collection is only launching in European stores and online for US shoppers at asos.com.
We're guessing the price range for these pieces will be very favorable, and it's always a gamble to see whether some of these lines that photograph well look as good in person. Nonetheless, it's great that there's a pretty lingerie label for every budget!
