These Luke Duval photographs remind us of both the old Coppertone ads and vintage pin-up pictures that we've collected over the years. The seafoam backdrop and the retro-styled models really set the stage for a 1950s look. If we didn't know better we would have thought these photos were paintings (certainly inspired by the work of Elvgren).
Each of these looks is a perfect way to welcome the weekend, and a nice continuation of the Chantal Thomass swim spread we featured yesterday.

Bathing Beauties - Chantal Thomass

Chantal Thomass hits another home-run with the images from her Summer 2010 swimwear collection. This is what being a bathing beauty is all about! With the vibrant colors and the pretty girls sur la plage, these images can't help but make us wish for a beach get-away. The first bathing suit (or maillot) would make some interesting tan lines, right? The rest of the pieces are traditional shapes with the signature Chantal Thomass touch.

Being the queen of cross-promotion, Chantal Thomass has recently designed her own line of iPhone covers! There's even an iPhone app for her brand. This is in addition to her special designs for a car, laundry machine, sunglasses, parasols, etc. We can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

It appears that Connan specializes in photographs of women, with a nice little niche selection of lingerie images. As you can see, her images are sensual but quite refined.
